Refund Request Notice:

Refund request must be made within 28 days of purchase. In the first instance, a refund can be initiated through purchaser's payment processor.

Alternatively, purchaser can make refund request to us via refund@languagecertvoucher.com  by confirming full name, contact address, email and the payment method used at the time of the original purchase from us. Valid Refund request would be processed within 15 days of receipt.
