Full Refund and Limitation Period 

Refund Request:

Full money back refund request must be received by us within 28 days of the original purchase date.

In the first instance, a refund can be initiated through purchaser's payment processor.

Alternatively, purchaser can make refund request to us via email to: refund@languagecertvoucher.com  by confirming full name, contact address, telephone and email including the payment method used at the time of the original purchase from us.

Refund Processing Time Scale:

We would endeavour to process a valid refund request within 15 workings of receipt of any request made by the original purchaser of our evoucher.

Limitation Period:

There is 28 days limitation period to make a claim for a full refund of the original paid price at the of the purchase.

We would not be able to issue full refund after 28 days of the original purchase date. Any full money back request made after 28 days of the original purchase date of our voucher would remain invalid. 

Langaugecert Voucher Activation Period:

Unused Langaugecert Voucher would remain valid for use on Languagecert.Org for six months from the original date of purchase.

Langaugecert Voucher Expiration Period:

Unused Langaugecert Voucher would automatically expire after six months of the original date of purchase.

Original Date of Purchase:

Original date of purchase is the effective date on our record that the original voucher was first purchased from us.

Original purchaser:

Original purchaser is currently deem to be the first person/organisation that made the first purchase from us.
